Welcome to the FLS Blog. This post is meant as a helpful guideline on what to expect and where to locate useful information on the blog.
Posts here are sorted into two categories: Information and Inspiration. Information posts are typically advice, guidelines, tips, and useful legal facts regarding the administration, governance, and legal issues of community associations. Inspiration posts are published most weeks in an effort to get the week started off on the right foot.
There are also tags on the Information posts, which break them down further into specific categories. Condo, Maryland, and Governance are a few examples.
The Blog also features a search bar and a subscription service, so that you can locate posts of interest, or receive a notification via email when a new post goes up.
